The Process
Discover
Book a virtual or in-store appointment with one of our specialists and explore every option for bringing your custom jewellery idea to life. To proceed with the creation process, a 25% deposit is required.
Design
Once your deposit is secured, our designers begin crafting your first digital CAD design - a detailed visual of your bespoke piece. You’ll work closely with our team to refine, adjust, and perfect every element before it’s sent to our workshop.
Development
After you approve the final design, our skilled jewellers begin production. Every stone is set and every detail is crafted with precision to create your unique custom jewellery piece.
Delivery
As soon as your piece is complete, we’ll notify you right away. You can collect your jewellery from our store at 32 Hatton Garden, where the remaining balance will be settled upon pickup.
